Terrible phone mannerism. When I called to ask about using the Elks Lodge space, I couldn't even ask any questions because when I was greeted on the phone, the lady who answered said "Kinderhook Elks" so I proceeded to say my name and asked how she was and she then said "I'm busy, what's your problem?" As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I was completely taken back by this response and no longer wanted to do business with this person. I will never go to this place, based on that initial phone conversation.
